We are currently developing a Cable Granulator Plant in Indonesia with a processing capacity of 1000kg per hour, aimed at efficiently recycling a wide range of cable waste. This advanced plant is designed to handle cables with diameters ranging from 0.2mm to 80mm, making it versatile for different types of cables, including those with complex structures. Depending on the size of the copper conductor, the plant can be equipped with an electrostatic separator, ensuring optimal separation of metals from insulation.
One of the standout features of this plant is its ability to achieve up to 99% purity in both copper and PVC recovery. This high level of purity significantly increases the value of the recovered materials, making the process not only environmentally beneficial but also economically viable. The fully automatic system reduces the need for manual labor, streamlining operations and enhancing productivity. The entire plant is controlled via a PLC system, offering easy, user-friendly operation and precise control over the granulation process.
Additionally, we provide free training for the plant operators, ensuring that the system is easy to understand and operate. This includes a comprehensive introduction to maintenance and troubleshooting, ensuring long-term efficiency and minimal downtime.
